Main Structure of Square Noodle Cutting Machine:

This machine consists of helical gear reducer, steam roller grille, branches round off surface of the shaft, roller, cutting knife, a folding device, fans, blowers, sub row block and network racks, etc.

Working Principle of Square Noodle Cutting Machine:

Branch wheel divide noodles into row. Noodle casting axis separates noodles and steamer network. After entering between the cutting blade and the arbor, the noodles are cut off into fixed length. The falling speed of the dough is appropriately controlled by the gripper roll. Then the dough is sent into the dividing network after being folded into double piece driven by the crank connecting rod. After automatically dividing the dough, the cutting and dividing network which can slide horizontally slides into the dough box of the frying machine through going through the sliding plate.
