Main Structure of Ripen Conveyor:

 

The machine consists of two miniature helical gear reducer, frame, curing box body, conveyor belt, crushing device, shaving device, roller and the plate and so on.

 

Working Principle of Ripen Conveyor:

 

A helical gear speed reducer will be under driven through the chain wheel vice-actuation from the transportation leather belt between drive roll moves, the under driven roll may tighten the leather belt. Another helical gear speed reducer drives the chain wheel vice-actuates the broken dough axis through installing. The shaft has broken rod and the dough can be broken and discharged to the conveyor belt from the mixer. The dough is motionless on the belt and it will be curing for a period of time with the belt case in insulation moisture. After the dough arrives at the conveyor belt nose, it will fall into the noodle machine in the hopper. Scraper plate can scrape dough which is on the belt.
