Ripen Fresh Noodles Production Process:

 

The front parts of ripen fresh noodle equipment has many similarities with the traditional instant noodles. They also go through the processes of automatic flour feeding, continuous noodle mixing, ripen conveying, compound rolling, etc., and then enter the steamer. The steamed noodles are soaked for a period of time, the soaked noodles are loosened by a high-speed rotating drum, and then the oil is wiped on the noodles through the drop cloth curtain.

 

After a period of rest, the noodles are steamed for a second time for further maturation and sterilization. The noodles conveyed by the turning machine are cut to a certain length, and the cut noodles continue to move forward into the air cooling machine. After the noodles are fully cooled, they will be weighed and packaged.
